I have found a new nicotine delivery system that has made my
old cigarette habit a bit obsolete. I now vaporize.

I vape less nicotine now than I used to smoke and I feel great.
I tried using the patch twice and each time I lowered the nicotine
absorption rate, I ended up smoking again. With a personal
vaporizer, I inhale a flavored nicotine vapor that has less nicotine
per “puff” that my old analog cigarettes used to without all of
the tar, carcinogens, and awful smell. I now vape green apple
flavor nicotine liquid that actually tastes like a green apple. The
actual taste of tobacco is now, in my opinion, horrible. Speaking
of taste, as before with the patch, I can taste food so much better
again because I can smell so much better again. My breath, hair,
and clothing no longer smell like an ashtray and life? Life is much,
much better. I even vape in the house and in the car now.

In terms of cost, my nicotine habit just dropped to a fraction of
what I used to spend per month. You can see the savings I am
keeping above in my banner adjusted for the nicotine liquid I now
purchase in place of cigarettes. In terms of health, my lungs are
now slowly returning to a healthy pink once again but it will take
years before that has been accomplished. Two decades of analog
cigarettes have left their mark on my lungs.

Digital cigarettes, e-cigarettes, personal nicotine inhalers, personal
vaporizers, whatever you want to call them, they are going to be
life savers for hopefully millions of people in the years to come and
I am glad to say that I am onboard with it. PVs are at least 1000
times better for someone than smoking regular cigarettes and maybe
up to 4000 times better. To date, there are over 4000 known
chemicals and heavy metals that are absorbed into the lungs and
bloobstream from regular cigarette smoke vurses about 12 found in
nicotine vapor. Of these 12, the most notable is propylene glycol
which is found in many everyday items we eat, drink, and use on
our bodies. It is in fact an FDA approved food ingredient.

So, naysayers be damned, there is nothing anyone can tell me that
will convince me that cigarettes are better for someone than an
e-cigarette or that e-cigarettes are worse than smoking a regular
cigarette. I dare someone to try and make that arguement. God
willing, personal vaporizers are here to stay and I hope many, many
more analog smokers will see the light and try one and kick the
cigarette habit. If you are a smoker, you will be glad you did.

UPDATE

I watch a nightly web show on stickam.com called ElixirTV. It is basically
a video chat and it is quite cool. Anyway, these guys give away e-juice
during the shows and I happened to win a 30ml bottle of a one of a kind
