I received this in an e-mail and thought it was pretty interesting.
If you look at this picture from 15 to 20 feet or more away, our
friend Albert here becomes Marylin Monroe. Makes you wonder
about eye witness accounts of things! Hey! is that Elvis driving
that car over there??

Here is a 16 minute video of six photographers shooting pictures in
London for the London Film Festival. It sounds boring but it is actually
quite interesting to see the resistance these guys get from each of
the building security people they encounter. Basically it is not illegal
to take photographs of anything anywhere if you are standing on
public property. Makes sence right? Well you wouldn’t know it by
talking to building security!
Take a few minutes of your time to watch the lame excuses the
security people make up as these photographers try to do their thing.
Then listen to what the cops have to say.

5k megapixel sky survey

Have some fun zooming in and out of our nite sky. Taken in some of
the darkest nite sky spots in the world, Nick Risinger stiched together
a beautiful 5000 MP image of our entire night sky. His efforts have
produced a beautiful photo that show things in the nite sky that some
people will never ever see with their naked eye in their lifetime.
Go ahead and check it out. Zoom into the Orien Nebula, then check
out the Andromeda Galaxy, then hop over to the Large Magellanic
cloud, then peer into the center of our galaxy. Enjoy.
