Ever heard of an ElliptiGo? I hadn’t until yesterday. It looks like a
workout and a half but pretty ingenious. It is simply an elliptical
workout machine taken to it’s next logical step, no pun intended.
With eight speeds this puppy moves out nicely. Watch a few of
their videos and let me know what you think.

Looks good to me too Fred. There is also a trike thing that you stand on and skate, I can’t remember the name right now. That one has no chain or sprockets of any kind, it simply weaves in and out – left and right for propulsion. The ElliptiGo looks like it would be a nice cardio workout. I could picture myself and Jeanette riding one down by the beach. Right now I am hinting at a Teeter Hangup (inversion table) for the birthday.
