20 meter qrp txciver kit

BITX is an easily assembled transceiver for the beginner
with very clean performance. I understand that this design
can be easily modified to work on 17 meters or 15 meters,
etc. With an output power of around 6 watts, one can easily
make DX contacts provided one uses a nice antenna. As an
avid “qrp’er” I know what 5 watts can do such as California
to the UK or Japan on 17 meters when conditions are
favorable. Looks like a great project for the tech bench
novice or intermediate.

Waited just a tad too long

poor guy has a big tumor

This is what happens when you don’t seek medical
attention in a timely fashion. This guy waited about
17 years too long however and his tumor now weighs
in at 15 kg or about 33 lbs.
What do you think, does he have a shot at being
Batman’s new arch enemy called Bullet head? I think so!

video message (with geek)

The great thing about video chatting is that
it’s a solution to the problem email has of
imparting tone and energy, and all the other
important emotions that are so critical to our
communications, so they say. We here at
admit-one think it’s just cool.
The question is how long will it be free?
