RocStock is but a memory now. Looking forward to the next.

Saturday was blown out, cold and drizzly. A lot of campers
couldn’t handle it and packed their stuff and took off. Too bad
for them because Sunday was a picture perfect day to fly
rockets and fly they did! Above is the Sumo’s spectacular liftoff.
What a sight it was to see.

On a sad note, the rocket community lost a great rocketeer over
the weekend, Greg Lawson succumbed to liver disease complications
after a long battle. We here at admit-one offer our condolences
to the surviving family.

It’s going to be a RocStock weekend for me and
some of my friends this weekend. Unfortunately
my best friend won’t be making it because he has
to work. One of these days he’ll get out there to
RocStock with us.
